Negative zero stars. I received information on this company as word of mouth . So usually word of mouth is more powerful then a review page of strangers right? We set a time, Kimberly comes by and does a walk through with pictures. She then stated that her project manager will be out and I gave various dates due to it being the Christmas Holidays.
I get a email and text over 2 weeks from the original encounter stating there has been illness and will be rescheduling on Monday. Monday come as goes (12.28.2021 notification) I get a text and email on a Wednesday 1.5.2022 asking if I am available that day, I say yes, by text and email and no response. Just for a clear scope.
I first initiated for the project on December 10, 2021. Kim visits property December 12, 2021.No call no show project guy December 16,2021.
I'm under the weather text, I'll reschedule December 28, 2021
Can we come over today text and email January 6, 2022.
Then me doing the final are we going to proceed email and text January 8th , 2022.
A waste of a month in a very heartbreaking insurance/water loss claim.
