I was a new property owner and a little apprehensive. A close friend recommended Prime House Property Management
and I am really glad I went with then. They are a GOOD business and way more responsive, supportive & personal than the general Property companies that other friends have used. I have been with them for over 1.5 years and the experience has been excellent. I handed over the house to them and they take care of everything. I literally realize I have a property when the mortgage check comes, or Best's money gets deposited in my account :-) At the end of the year, they sent an annual report which made it easy to take care of my personal taxes. Considering all this, they are also very cost competitive. Overall, strongly recommended.

We contacted First American General Contracting after a faucet leak damaged our kitchen cabinets. This company had completed kitchen remodels for several of our friends and they came highly recommended. This company is fantastic! Vita, the project manager, was outstanding! She is incredibly organized, a fantastic communicator, and super easy to work with. The crew that came to do the work was always professional, friendly, and did an outstanding job. The project was even finished ahead of schedule! I would not hesitate to use this company again for my next project and have already recommended them to several friends and family members.

Awesome company! Very responsive. All of my questions were answered and any concerns addressed. They removed a window and replaced it with a sliding patio door. In the process they had to move an electrical outlet and a baseboard heating resister. Now I have someone to tackle all of my projects big or small. I can’t recommend them enough! A+++++

They are polite, respectful and show courtesy of your property. He remodeled my two bathrooms and took every single piece of trash with him when he left each day. He is proud of his work.
