First call restoration was recommended by State farm insurance companythey charge you insurance company remove the snow and ice off my roof and do tarp my roof they purchased three tarps for bags of salt the terps only dead 3/4 in my roof I shoveled my roof I remove the ice I put the tarps on the roofthey charge your insurance company to remove glue drywall it's a mobile home quarter inch drywall they don't glue it they staple itthey were paid to remove all the insulation out from underneath my house they only remove 60% they said there was more what insulation inside the house and what they're actually was the the charge your company to remove more wet insulation and what they're actually wasthey charge you insurance company remove all of my pots and pans my washer and dryer my refrigerator all of my bedroom everything that I had in my bedroom they charge the insurance company to remove the carpet to carpet padding the tack strips I did this they charge your insurance company to lift the carpet and dry it out they never lifted the carpet I have posted reviews on different websites and somehow magically it has been deleted I have made many attempts to resolve this with Ralf they're only willing to pay me $450 ishNaomi just over $3,500 I contacted State farm insurance company about this being that they've already been paid it so it's on me to take them actions they are not better business bureau certified they did not pull any permits they damaged the skirting to my housethey removed boards to my skirt and never put back upit took extra time for the house underneath the house to be dried out I had to borrow dehumidifiers I had to borrow fans to continue drying it out they dried somewhat out but they didn't dry all of it out the public needs to be aware of this company I have made many attempts to resolve this situation was a Ralph and his employees very little communication back I have documented emails documented text messages and recorded phone callsI feel that social media needs to be blowing up about this company so nobody else gets scammed
