Added Jun 8, 2012Upset Customer- customers prepaid extra supply blocks were taken unexpectedly by company. Company was not aware that client viewed manage- ment (Thomas) and crew putting large quantity of ordered prepaid remaining supply blocks in their truck and removed quickly from site. When client asked for leftover blocks, (as for use in border- ing), client was told no blocks were left. VERY DISSATISFIED !! *If company rectifies this matter, review will be updated. Penn Hills, PA

*Dissatisfied Customers- very upset that Thomas and his crew didn't complete job as stated they would. After what should have been the initial last day of job, and clients making final payment in progression consultation- management (Thomas) promised to return next day to put NEEDED FINISHING TOUCHES on ALL work. (Examples- some sidewalk stones were noticeably chipped and needed replacement, more finishing sand was supposed to have placed down on sidewalk AND patio, ALL loose stones in patio and sidewalk were to be fixed by adding more concrete, ALL TRASH and old tools left by company was to be picked up ALL ON THE FOLLOWING DAY per management (Thomas). The "next day" turned into a couple of days. Clients called Thomas again and was given an excuse and promised to return to make adjustments. Weeks have passed and no return calls from company have been made. ADJUSTMENTS ARE STILL IN LIMBO!!! (If company returns to make corrections/adjustments, this review will be updated.). Penn Hills residents.
