Kevin Furia did a terrible job in our basement and he is extremely unprofessional. He will promise you he’s going to come in at a certain time, but he never shows up and doesn’t even call. He’s all talk but he really has no idea what’s he’s doing. I wish I could post pictures so you could see the horrible job he did in our basement. Completely sloppy and lazy. He charged us $800 and didn’t even fix the issue we needed fixed. After he already took our money, he said he would come back to put a camera down the drain which he should have done to begin with but he lied and said he wasn’t able to because there was too much water. So he gave us a time he would come back to do this, we waited for him and HE NEVER SHOWED UP. He is a liar. Do yourself a BIG favor and go with a different company. Trust me.
