It was an absolute pleasure working with Mike, Shelley and Gary. We were doing a full master bath remodel and called a few places but they were the best option by far. The quote was very reasonable and they came with years of experience. I had several tricky requests including gigantic 32"x32" tile, a wall mounted toilet, installing a walk-in shower and soaking tub, custom floating shelves, wood framing and end caps. Everything I threw their way, they made it happen. They took the time to make sure everything was done to our liking and beyond. I am extremely impressed with their commitment to delivering exactly what we wanted. I would highly recommend First Choice Services. This crew is awesome, always on time, fun to be around, thoughtful and just all around good people.

Trust - it's so important. Trust that your contractor will show up when they say they will. Trust they will do excellent work. Trust they will be honest and competitive in their costs. Trust that they will communicate with you throughout the project. Trust that you are comfortable having them in your home even when you are not there.

I loved having Myk and his First Choice Services team remodel my 1980's kitchen. Their advice was invaluable. They know their business and they use high quality suppliers (cabinets, counter tops). I love the work they did and I was so comfortable with them because they are completely trustworthy in all aspects.

I’m so glad we selected First Choice for our remodel. Their team is amazing. We started with our full bath and had no idea what we were doing. They took our ideas and pointed out a few things that really were design flaws. By pointing them out early, we saved a bunch of money by not having to fix them later. The bathroom is beautiful!

The kitchen was next. They did everything we wanted in there again making suggestions for things that would enhance the room. They never pressured us to upgrade services at all. We really worried about that because we had no remodel experience but, no need for worry.

The living room, dining room, and bedrooms were completed beautifully on time and on budget.

Myk, Shelly, Clinton, and Noah are wonderful people who are extraordinarily generous and we’re thankful we took this journey with them!i wish I could give them six stars!

First Choice services has done amazing work on our addition and remodel. They took a half bath / laundry and spare room and turned it into a gorgeous Master bath & laundry. Their attention to detail and craftsmanship is some of the best I've seen and I'm in the construction industry. They are easy and fun to work with and communicate everything clearly.

First Choice is a Great Choice! First Choice updated our bathroom and the laundry room. The main crew, Clinton and Raff, were outstanding. They were always on time, reviewed all the work to be done that day, checked with us throughout the process to ensure that our vision was fulfilled. They are meticulous craftsmen and kept the work flowing smoothly--even after we added a few side projects to the schedule. Myk and Shelley checked in with us to make sure the project met our expectations and were just a phone call or text message away to answer any questions. Great crew. Great job. I wanted my kitchen to be new from the bottom up. The kitchen was from the 80s. We hired First Choice to come in and completely gut it. They gutted my mid size kitchen and hauled debris away within 3 days. They replaced drywall, textured and painted. Replaced and re-wired our electrical added additional lighting, and renewed my faucet and plumbing. Then installed my brand new cabinets, flooring, and custom cut our butcher block to enclose my front load washer and dryer. They did not sub contract any of the work out which meant alot to us. They showed up daily and on time. They show true passion for the work they do and they work very hard. I am so blessed to have had them transform my kitchen. I would hire them again, and without any hesitation. They are friendly, smart, and they know what they are doing. I am totally impressed by their work, experience, and confidence. I am forever grateful for this crew of 4. They were a godsend. I will always recommend them, as well as ask them to do any of our future home improvement projects.

We hired First Choice Services to build an 8' x 10' addition to the north side of our house for a laundry room. This project included constructing the addition, installing plumbing, electrical, HVAC, siding, gutters, flooring, cabinets, shelving and utility sink, and relocating a window from the kitchen to the new laundry room. Despite numerous challenges, like waiting a month and a half for permit approval and responding to questions from the county and installing plumbing that needed to run from one end of the house to almost the other end, this addition turned out fantastic! We couldn't be happier with every aspect of the project. I can't say enough good things about Mike, Shelley, Clinton, and Raphael. Not only is their work great, they are a pleasure to have at your house working on projects. As others have mentioned in their reviews, they always respond to additional requests happily and make sure you are completely happy with all the work. I only wish I could post pictures of their work so others can see how skilled they are!

Modest refresh of kitchen...new granite, painting, etc. Very customer centric and willing to work towards our needs and expectations! Diverse skillset. Would hire again for future projects.

First Choice Services had great communication right from the start. They had a very competitive bid for my 2 bathroom remodel. All their work was meticulously executed. They carefully listened to all my design visions. They were able to adjust their schedule for delivery delays. They finished within the original timeline even with additional projects added. I so appreciate their knowledge and expertise. Would definitely recommend and use them again!

These guys has been great to work with on my kitchen remodel. I had had a lot of problems with Granite Depot with my cabinets and counter and First Choice has helped my through it. They were the bright spot in my otherwise difficult remodel. They always go the extra mile, are professional, courteous, very communicative know know what they are doing. And, their prices are reasonable. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again.

My master bathroom had a water leak in the waterline to the shower and tub back in January. After getting several quotes i decided to go with First Choice services. There quote was pretty straight forward and he did not waste my time when he came over for an estimate. They were reasonable priced and worked with me when unexpected items occurred, like original plumbing being the wrong size and we added some things once we started. Overall we are extremely happy with our brand new master bathroom. We have had them back to do other small projects. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We cannot begin to say all that First Choice Services did for us. They walked into a bee's nest and a month later a hornet's nest. We had water damage Oct, 2019 on our main floor and basement. (Due to me leaving town and I kept our hose connected. When I left town it was 70-80 degrees). The original restoration company never returned to complete our project. Our insurance company told us we could get whatever we wanted to fix the damage. We had 23 years paying insurance on our home and never had a claim. The insurance lied. We stayed the course with First Choice Services and thankfully they stayed with us. We have the most beautiful tile entry, kitchen, dining room and basement. They organized us, moved furniture and kitchen appliances, painted, replaced ceiling panels, installed new baseboards, and made us laugh, often. We had a water heater go out towards the end of the project (It was on a Sunday morning). They repaired all of the new damage, had to re-do our walls, painting and texturing our walls, flooring, etc.. I would like to adopt Clinton and Raphael. This whole company - Myk, Shelley, Devon, Clinton and Raphael were so accommodating. We will have them back for additional work in our home. They are family and that best explains how we feel about them. Thank you so much to all of you.

Myk, Clinton, and crew give the industry a good name! We've had many experiences with bad contractors. Wish we had met them sooner! They are a delight to work with, completely reliable with a high level of integrity, and workmanship and reasonably priced. They did excellent work with the following projects: completely redid our deck with trex, completed kitchen cabinet projects, bathroom project, built and installed a gorgeous built in dining room hutch, and are totally at your disposal when they are working on your project to do whatever needs to be done. We couldn't be happier and never have to worry about who to call for future projects!

Originally, I contacted First Choice Services to repair drywall damaged from a roof leak. I'd had a carpenter tell me he could do the work for very little money and he could redesign the wall as I was requesting. Myk and Clinton offered me a competitive rate, a detailed explanation as to why the redesign would not be structurally sound, and an alternative that was both sound and aesthetically pleasing!

Along the way of them doing this work for me, I added multiple projects to their list and every time I asked them if they could do some random thing, they could! Our work together included the original rebuild, inserting a dog door into a garage door, creating a new custom cabinet door, improving my Internet quality, installing security cameras, repairing bathroom tiles, installing locks on various doors, moving heavy furniture for me, installing lighting in bathrooms, and probably other things I'm forgetting!

Myk, Clinton, Devon, and Shelley are professional, kind, funny, patient, knowledgeable, caring, thorough, considerate, and dynamic. They are truly GOOD PEOPLE and while I am forever grateful for all the ways they helped improve my home, I am even more grateful for the way they connected with me, my kids, and even my pets while they were here!

Do you have something you need done to your home? I promise that if you ask them, THEY CAN DO IT. They are truly amazing!!!!

Myk, Clinton and Shelley all did excellent work on my exterior deck with replacing balusters and railing. They also added in and framed a laser panel insert which turned out lovely. Not only did they do exterior work but they removed my old balusters and railings and put in new ones. Also on the interior, they built a new fireplace mantle which turned out beautiful. I was very happy with their work, and their attention to detail and making sure that I was very happy with everything. I would highly recommend this company.

Myk and Shelly were highly professional and completely upfront & great communicators about all the specs, details and cost of projected job. Even sent photos of progress while I was OOT. So ethical, with not even taking payment already given, because there were a few more small things to complete..WOW! He has decades of experience under his belt, plus many good reviews from prior clients, so we felt confident that he would deliver an Excellent result. Myk has been doing work for me for several years now and I could not be more happy or satisfied. Try taking 50 year old flocked wall paper off. Roof repair, shower installation, you name it, and Myk can do it and get it done fast. He raised our living room floor to match the rest of the rooms, tore out a closet and boxed it in and made shelves for my collectibles. He landscaped the yard, and hand made sliding drawers for my under counter cabinets. I no longer have to bend down with a flashlight in hand to see what's in there. Whatever I want, he can do or make. He's my man: make him yours. You won't be disappointed.

We call Myk every time we do a new project. He has added an entire new living area on to our house, including an extra bedroom and bathroom. He repainted our house inside and out. He even retiled our floors throughout the house. One room has a gorgeous tile mosaic of our dog that Myk designed by hand. The floor is a beautiful resemblance of the picture we gave him. He is extremely talented and I definitely recommend First Choice Services if you are looking for high quality work.

Mike is a true professional! He updated part of the house & also did repairs in other areas and nothing had to be redone. The work was exceptional, the timeliness to get everything done was great and he even cleans up after himself when complete.....what more could I ask of a contractor!?
