I had $10k in exterior doors installed in my home. If it was not for what happened with my front doors I would have been a satisfied customer . My two screen doors in front of my front doors were just ripped by the installer. I asked him why my 4k screen doors were not placed back the way they were. He looks at me in astonishment that I would want my screen doors placed back. This same installer is the same person who came out and took the door measurements prior to the installation. At know time did he tell me the screen doors could not be installed back. I now have two compromised screen doors in my garage. The office will not answer my phone calls and it took them six weeks to respond back to Lowe’s. So now this company and Lowe’s have told me there is nothing else that can be done. I would not ever use this company, very dishonest.
