This man was the General Contract for a "newly constructed" home we purchased. Not only does he "NOT" back up his work with a warranty but we found that he also did NOT pull a permit for the roof that was leaking literally 2 hours after closing. All of this can be verified through the St. John's building department. This is the absolute WORST kind of builder out there. BUYER BEWARE!!! We paid cash for a complete nightmare of a sale.......the roof was just a part of it
