I would NOT recommend this contractor to other clients. They quoted me a price for a quick renovation, which I did not mind paying a higher price for what they told me was going to be a better quality work, unfortunately it was the opposite. I also hired the contractor because he seemed very pleasant and seemed trustworthy.
They quoted me a week, they started off strong, but then day after day there were less workers and I found that it was to a point when I was waiting and one one would come at all on days that were scheduled. The contractor was present only 5% of the time. A project the they quoted one week dragged on to about 3 weeks and they were cutting corners and trying to get out of doing the work that was included in the quote.
I had a very important deadline, I asked them to finish or I wanted my money back and was going to hire someone else to finish. The result, 1 person from the original 5-6 person team came for 3 hours day if that. When they "finished" they missed paint trim, did not finish the thread hold from an inner and exterior piece, they completely did not finish a wall, they did not paint the interior of my closet, the trip to the A/C, the window was set so tight to the frame that you have to angle and squeeze your finger into a small crevice unorder to open the window (which now is easier to just leave shut), and they did not paint the ceiling completely so there are lines from our old and new paint. The worst part is that they passed our house key around to all their employees without our permission, it was for the foreman and by the time we asked for it back because they weren't showing up, they didn't know where it was, I had to ask 3 separate times because they had no idea where it was.
It was a struggle to have them complete our hub I hope to pass this information in order the help someone else from going to such a stressful event.
