Our experience was very positive. They showed up when they were supposed to, and got the work done on time. I had a question about the project , and they came out promptly, and resolved it. I would recommend them.

Do NOT recommend! Quick with a smile and timely in response getting your business but don't be fooled, Eric and Ryan are both showy salespeople. Once they complete the job you are on your own. Do not be tricked with the "one-year" plant guarantee or "we are licensed". You will need to constantly remind them via text+email+phone to replace dead plants for which they may or may not do. We had multiple dead plants because they forgot to install the drip line actually near the plant or they planted an already dead plant for which Eric will try to convince you is "dormant". He will then have the audacity to tell you it's a "satisfaction" problem on your end for wanting the dead plants replaced. Who would be "satisfied" with dead or dying plants? We've also had issues with the decorative gravel. Richard dumped black lava rock on top of light tan gravel so the light tan gravel is poking through the lava rock now. I was even charged for additional gravel for this. Who would want mixed-up gravel? It is a mess. Additionally, both the front and back yard flood with even minimal rain from poor grading and drainage. We have multiple texts+emails+verbal conversations from both Ryan and Eric stating they will fix the plants, gravel, and drainage issues but they have not completed all of the issues as promised. This is not a "patience" or "satisfaction" problem. The original new construction service was Jan 2021, it is now Dec 2021. Last communication Eric would prefer we post negative reviews on the internet and take them to small claims court as opposed to just finishing the job as promised. Bottom line First-class is half class when it comes to following through and completing a job.
