Tony Ramirez was referred to us by a neighbor who was very happy with her experience. We completely agree!! Tony came out promptly and provided a fair bid with multiple options. This was a full service company, the bid included removing exterior decorations, trimming plants as needed, pressure washing the house, evaluate exterior boards for damage, replacement of identified boards too damaged to repair, repair and caulking of boards which were still good-as needed, caulking of all seams of the house, remove and replace fixtures-and since we purchased new fixtures they put the new ones up for us. I'm sure I'm forgetting some stuff, they did the whole thing!! He also helped us with paint colors, dropped off a color wheel, then got samples of our top three color choices and painted swatches on all sides of the house so we could evaluate in different light. Tony's crew that actually did the work was friendly, helpful, diligent, and took pride in their work. Going the extra mile is just part of their culture and we really appreciated their attitude and efforts. From start to finish the communication was good and the job was done timely. I just can't say enough good things about this company.
