    Beware of First Four Construction. They are total crooks. Stay away from Rufus "Pee Wee" Johnson, Charles Bunn, Mallory Baker and anyone associated with them. They are liars and disgraceful thieves. They perform subpar sloppy work, you will be fined for construction debris and not taken seriously about what you expect from the, as employees.

    Sand and stain hardwood floor

    First Four Construction committed to do a flooring job. It was clear once the floor was sanded that they were incapable of doing what they promised. The owner boast about his several years of flooring experience and two businesses yet does not take responsibilities for his mistakes. Once FFC realized they were in over their heads they blamed us for hiring them to do a job they said they could do. When we asked them to remove their botch job and return our floors to it’s original state so we could pay another company to complete the job the owner demanded more money. Money to fix their mistake! Owner is extremely unprofessional. He used several expletives towards myself and my wife.

    The property investment company who owned the home hired them

    First Four rehabbed the home that I bought. Due to poor workmanship - within the first 2 months of living there - the roof leaked (due to improper construction and sloping), the lower floor flooded 4x (due to failure to waterproof and install sump pump as required by DC), and the plumbing backed up (due to a large plug of construction matter in it). They do NOT back up their work.
