    Customer service is certainly number one with this company. Jonathan, the owner, was hands-on and made sure to keep me updated on my garage door order and that I was satisfied with the entire experience. I'm very satisfied with the door, opener, and keyless entry. The door is quiet and smooth and looks wonderful. I always thought the cheapest level garage door would be noisy but learned that's not true at all. The installer was professional and got right to work when he arrived. When he was done, he programmed the keyless entry with me and showed me how use it. I did not shop around but felt the price was reasonable and never felt pressure to buy more than I wanted or needed from Gabriel, the salesman. I would use this company again.

    I Had a problem with my garage gate chain broke one of the links. I called 1st Garage Doors in the morning left my name and number and was in mediately called back. The technician said he can meet me at the house to examine and repair. I was truly surprised with him expertly replacing the link and not the whole chain.
