My experience with First Impressions Exteriors Inc. was sort of underwhelming but pretty on par with other experiences I've had with contractors. They got the job done and it looks great and a bit less expensive than the other contractor who quoted the job but it took forever for them to get around to doing our roof. He didn't follow through on a couple things and didn't answer a couple questions over email. I think he really needs phone calls rather than emails, which I can't usually do.
