    Installation of Dishwasher

    We bought a Kitchen Suite through Costco and there were two installers, different companies, who came out to install these. The first two did a fine job. The second was one man, named Jim Mull. He told me that there was a part that was needed that didn't come with the dishwasher. I found out later that in fact, it did come with the dishwasher. He told me to write a check DIRECTLY TO HIM, which is fraud. I did this just so the appliance would be installed. He then moved our mini refrigerator across our floor to install. After he moved this, he moved our dining room table over. I found out after he left that he must have moved this to cover up the scratch he made in our laminate floor. I called Costco to file a claim a hour after he left. Costco made a claim and directed me to the business who did the install. I just spoke with supposedly the manager there at First Installations, Erica, and she is EXTREMELY RUDE. Telling me I lied about this and the claim was denied. I did sign a document stating the installation was done correctly but this was before I saw the scratch in our floors that was covered up. Such a deceitful, rude company. Costco needs to stop working with them. Costco is so much better than this. I am still working with the business who handles all of Costco's claims to resolve this. I would like my floors fixed. Our house is a new build so this is very noticeable. I'm shocked that a employee from any company charges customers and fraudulently has them write check to them personally. I'm also shocked that a employee would scratch floors and then cover it up. Just awful and deceitful. They shouldn't have a license to do such work.

    They were supposed to go contact me about installing a dishwasher I purchased from Lowes in two days from my purchase. I was told by Lowes they would not not all in less than a week. I never hear from them even though I called them several times. After a week they told Lowes they could not install the dish washer. I paid $119 upfront for them to install. Now Lowes has told me they have to get another installer and it will be another two weeks. Not very happy.

    They came to exchange my water heater through Lowe's in St. Clairsville. I was so happy when they got here b/c our family was without water for 5 days in the winter! I have kids..omg!!! So after 5 days of heck & other plumbers not wanting the job, they showed up in a big black truck. I was so relieved and eager to accommodate them so they could start working! I pulled my car out of the garage so they could access my door to get the darn thing in the house. As soon as the red haired 6ft tall man got out of the car he was polite as ever but another person had fallen out of the passenger side of the truck! I think he was on drugs and perhaps drunk b/c all he could do is wobble and cuss in front of my children that just got off the bus from grade school. My youngest child repeated after him for days! Also it caused an issue between my spouse and I. OK... I threatened to call their boss and the other man was told to stay in the truck by the man that installed my water heater. No other problems until after an hour after he had left. I went to go wash clothes in my basement & everything was under an inch of water!!!! I called Lowe's and they responded with another plumber in a hurry to fix the problem left by the 2. It was fixed but I had to spend $4000 to have everything replaced in my husbands man cave!!!! I will never live it down....

    I worked as a sub-contractor for Mrs. CS LLC, I was not paid for many jobs, Even though they were completed on time and to the customers satisfaction. I would not recomend this Contractor for any kind of work.
