need help in tracing down a contractor. The company is called First Lone Star Contractors and their office address is on 2695 Villa Creek Dr., Suite 280, Farmers Branch TX, 75234. His name is Mark McEntyre. Last October after the tornado hit Dallas, I hired him to repair my fence and roof, as my home was affected by this event. He completed the fence job very quickly. He was very courteous, seemed like I can trust him, so at his request, I paid him for replacing my roof on my home. After that, all I got were long month of conversations back and forth and promises that he is going to do the job I paid for but he vanished. The situation is getting even worse, as he stopped answering my calls and messages. His phone and company phone can't be reached, supposedly the mailboxes are full... So he is gone with my money, and probably with many other customers' money as well. Please help, if anyone knows about this person's whereabouts or had any job done by this company, please, send me a message. Also, any suggestions on what I should do besides a small claims court are welcome.
