I recently had the opportunity to work with First Quality Home Improvements on a bathroom renovation project, and even though I ultimately didn't proceed with the project, I feel compelled to share my positive experience.

From the initial estimate to the detailed proposal, Carlos exhibited a level of professionalism and expertise that left a lasting impression. He took the time to thoroughly assess the scope of the project, discussing my vision and providing valuable insights. The estimate was transparent, competitive, and reflective of the quality of work they promised to deliver.

While I may not have proceeded with the bathroom renovation at this time, I would not hesitate to consider Carlos for future projects based on the positive experience I had during the estimation and planning stages. His integrity, communication, and commitment to excellence make him a contractor I would gladly recommend to others looking for reliable and skilled professionals.

They did everything that they said they would, when they said that they would do it. Good installation. Good work overall

Carlos and his team did a good job installing my French doors but the company that provided the doors had said it would take 3 weeks for them to come in but it took 5 weeks and on one of the doors they had spray painted over the plastic protecting the glass and it was difficult to remove the plastic. I wish he had used another provider.

excellent workmanship, needed better communication on timing

Carlos is the man. He and his crew have done multiple remodels and renovations for my house. Master bather, basement, complicated electrical work, guest bathrooms. We hired Carlos to remodel a few things in our house after we purchased it. He has exceeded our expectations. He shows up which is half the battle now a days with contractors and he delivers. Our master bathroom is stunning as well as the other projects he has completed for us. Carlos does not disappoint. Five stars and he is super easy to work with.

Great experience from start to finish.

Carlos worked with my schedule to come out and discuss the project. He brought his plumber and we discussed various scenarios. He was very flexible, knowledgeable and easy to work with - he provided an estimate later that day and we scheduled the work within the week. His crew arrived on time on project day and Carlos gave me options for the flooring, walls and shower head. The installation was completed earlier than expected and we are so thrilled with the outdoor shower. It fits perfectly in the small space and looks very nice with the rest of our backyard. I 100% recommend Carlos and his team for any of your home projects.
