First Rate Contracting

I had a great experience with First Rate contracting. Josh came to my house out in Queen Creek and gave me a quote on renovating my kitchen. I needed a massive upgrade which included new cabinets, countertops, back splash and kitchen sink. After days of searching for the product I wanted Josh & Jessica helped me match countertops to back splash to make sure everything looked great together. My entire kitchen was done within 2 weeks! So fast! I was out of the country in Iceland for most of the construction. Josh and Jessica were nice enough to be on the job every day for me to make sure it got taken care of while I was gone. They even sent me picture message updates. I couldn't have asked for a better contracting company. Very personable, knowledgeable, extremely helpful and affordable. My husband and I just bought another house and First Rate will be improving some options in our home that were not available from the home builders. I can't wait to get started. This team knows their stuff! Recommend 100%.

Please save yourself some money and use First Rate Contracting. The bid they gave me was the best and the quality of work was more than I hoped. As a first time home buyer I didn't know what to expect with our master bath remodel. Everything was explained to me in detail and I knew exactly what to expect. This was supposed to be our only project, but now I can't wait to see what else we can do. Knowing we have a contractor that we can trust makes the possibilities endless.

I had a great experience with First Rate Contracting. I had a kitchen remodel done that took about 8 weeks to complete and over $25K worth of work. I did my research first and their bid of the job was the most affordable. They were timely and efficient and the work looks amazing. They even made suggestions along the way to best utilize my space, making my kitchen even more beautiful than I imagined. I would definitely recommend them, for your next home project.

First rate contracting was great to work with! Our large remodeling project had many phases to work through and they made sure things were done to my standard and did not rush to be done. They were flexible with my schedule as I wanted to be a part of the entire project and I truly appreciate their honesty! I look forward to working with them again in the future.

Similar experience where they charged me and all that was provided are pictures from Google satelite and inadequate information. Very unprofessional and shady company. It took a few months since first contact to get them scheduled and I cannot find much information about them for the internet. Please beware of this so called family owned company.

They came out and charge for a roofing quote and never called backed. They were suppose to come out on a Tuesday which I took off from work about an hour before he was to show up he called to reschedule for the next day. When he did show up he used my ladder and said he would work up a quote and call back. I gave him $60.00 for visit for quote and never called back or have I heard from him. I do have him on video coming back and taking tiles off my house, police are now investigating, hopefully an arrest will be made.
