Our experience with Howard follow the storm that tore have our house apart. He seem like a nice man and genuinely nice to talk with, but when it came time for work it was the most on organized mess that I have ever witnessed and I regret hiring him. He was constantly trying to create ways to milk my insurance, they were always over on the timeline, always over budget and frequently had to go back and tear things apart and do it again because of poor workmanship. Again he's a nice guy but he's not an honest businessman in my opinion. Ask for references and a portfolio from any contractor that you interview .

Howard NEVER had ONE building inspection done on our NEW build. Occupancy was given 12/5/2020 and RECINDED SEPTEMBER 10,2021!!

This contractor doesn’t even deserve 1 star, that is too high for his poor quality of work. Do yourself a favor and NOT use this contractor. He as the “licensed” contractor hardly showed up to the job site. Was usually only there to collect money from us and would then take off. Our build was supposed to be completed in August 2021. It’s almost August of 2022 and it’s still not even close to being done. We were FINALLY able to get rid of him as our contractor and will now have to have a professional come in and attempt to correct EVERYTHING this contractor didn’t do properly. Not to mention all the additional money we will now have to invest on top of the money we already paid him.
On top of the poor quality work, this contractor also will tell you something is going to cost one thing and then it winds up costing MUCH more than the original quote. He will have his guys out “working” and charging you for labor but work is not really getting done.
