The worst my house is two years old and falling down around me. I've had to rewire and replumb my entire house. The HVAC thermostat had nails through the wiring and also had to be redone. The attic door literally fell to the for while I was at work found out it was being held up by 4 little Brad nails only. I had 3 finish dates before my house was finished. This contractor used my husband's tools and decided to keep them when he was done. I would not recommend this man to anyone.
