Holy Cross Church in North East has used Fiske for a variety of projects including restoration and coating of the brickwork, re-covering of the stained-glass windows, complete reconstruction of the sanctuary ceiling, including insulation, repair of roof and rafters, replacement of ceiling with historically correct materials (in appearance). Their work was exemplary, at a cost we could afford, and we were able to arrange terms of payment that allowed us to afford it when we needed it. We consider them our 'parish contractors' and go to them first when any structural work is needed.
They also completely restored the outside of the historically-significant All Saints' Church in Brookland, Potter County, under the terms of a grant from the state Historical and Museum Commission, a very complex project involving dismantling and re-pointing the exterior of a stone structure whose masonry was badly deteriorated. There too the work was beautifully done. We would recommend them highly.
