two months ago I had my nephew call a plumber for some work on one of my properties as I had volunteer work to do that day. I had to run a narrow pipe along the side of the house and thru the overhang on the roof. He called me to leave work and come to take a look at the mess the young snot-nose had made when I got there a second truck from 5 Cities plumbing was there and several of their men were staring at the obomination the young guy had made He had run the pipe 3 feet out from the house and to the outside of the overhang ---it looked like something you would see on a dilapidated cabin in the mountains or in the forest. I had to get back to work told my nephew to hold back $100 from the check he wrote. When I returned home he said the young snot had convinced him to pay the $640 total. I called the bank to block the check till I talked to the owner of the Oceano office but the check had been cashed immediately. For several days I left messages for the owner to call me and had to see my cardiologist from chest pains this neig(htma(re had caused. (I have had two heart surgeries) and he warned me to let it before I wound up in the hospital again. I hired a reliable plumbing contractor who tore down the nightmare and put the pipe up against the house and thru a small hole he drilled in the overhang for $550. The snot-nose from 5 cities plumbing had told my nephew "I am a plumber, not a roofer" why didn't he say that in the beginning???? This is a $800 beach house I am planning to sell. Just two days ago I realized that one of the men who came in the second Rick, the young snot is one thing ---the boss in nothing but a scheister
