Permits

Would not recommend. Built new house on previous drainage area and built no drainage system into back yard (not disclosed), so needed to spend $3000 immediately after moving in. Shoddy HVAC, does not hold up in the summer. Looks good when we were viewing the house but a lot of areas of poor craftsmanship.
