I attempted to purchase a piece of glass from this company for my table. When I called the shop they told me the price of glass would be $100.00 plus $20.00 to have it delivered. I agreed and they said they would send someone out to my house to measure. I waited 1 week until I called again trying to see when someone was going to come out, they told me they were pretty busy so they would rush it right away for the delay. Another 2 week went by and I called again, got a real nice lady on the phone that said they would have Richard come out to my house. Richard called at 12:00 saying he would be there at 3:00, 4:15 I called him back and he told me he was leaving town and would try to come by. He showed up at 4:45 all dirty and smelling like he hadn't showed in a week. Richard called me to confirm installation and doubled the price of the quote, when I told him that is not what they quoted he told me to bad and said that is the price. I asked to speak with the owner, he refused to give me the owner name or contact info. He told me I can take the price or go have someone else do it. I called back and got a Thomas on the phone he told me he the owner is sick and he does not run the day to day operations of he company. Sounds like you got employees that don't care about the company or service. They are taking advantage of a sick man and running the company into the ground. Pray for this poor man.
