On day 1 Jesus was very engaged, and he assured us he could help with all the projects we had planned--planting fruit trees, building garden boxes, overhauling our irrigation system, and the like. His crew took over weekly maintenance of our yard, and he was supposed to manage the bigger projects. He never started a single one, despite multiple efforts over several months from our side to follow up and get things moving.
His mow-and-blow crew was terrible. They killed plants through over-watering and ripped plants out by the roots instead of trimming them. They broke irrigation tubing and then let the plants die, instead of bringing it to our attention and making a plan to fix it.
Most offensively, they hid trash under the yard waste in our compost bin--not once, but several times, even after we confronted them about it. (I have photos but don't see any way to upload them)
Based on our experience, this is a company to steer clear of.
