Used the company for weekly service for approx. 1 year.
I wanted a 2-3 foot wide area above a rockery cleared for planting a finished looking bed. They removed a 10 foot area of the hillside which has resulted in major erosion and said it would grow back. 7 months later the hill is still bare.
Jose hires unskilled laborers that do not know a plant from a weed and leaves them to do the work with no supervision.(He sits in his truck)
I am selling my home and asked he put in 3-4 sword ferns and beauty bark to make the hill look tolerable. He was quite rude and claimed that is what I requested and refused to co-operate. I saw another review by a gentlman that had the same problems. (At least that part of his business is consistant!)
Now I have to go to the hassle of taking them to small claims court. It will cost $2-3,000 to replace all the erosion control ground cover and plantings.
