We had the unfortunate luck to have two separate floods. The first two years ago was due to a water heater installed incorrectly, and the second disaster was caused by a sudden melting of a lot of snow, which found its way into the same family room, as well as a bedroom, bathroom and a crawl space filled with dirt. On both occasions, Vince and his crew came to our aid immediately, even though they were dealing with 22 other flooded homes and businesses. The job was done thoroughly, and now no one can tell we ever had any problems at all. The crew is professional, caring and remarkably friendly. Any one of them is welcome in our home at any time. When they said they would be at our home, they were there. We never had to wonder what or when the next step would be. I would recommend FiveStar over any other restoration company.
