    Based on the reviews, contacted this company to get an estimate for my backyard's project. The gentlemen showed up on time, made the measurements and told me that he will send me the estimate in a couple of days. I sent a text message to the person who did the inspection and measurements 8 days later, after I have not heard back and here was the answer:

    "I Apologize ???? I will have to you tonight before midnight."

    I have not received anything in the next 5 days, so sent another text message and informed him that I have not received the estimate yet and received the following answer:

    "I truly apologize Five Star Home Improvement is Going to pass - Five Star Home Improvement Appreciate you and the opportunity to help you with your Projects ?? We are out about 2 to 3 months too
    Please Have a Great Amazing Powerful Beautiful Glorious Rest of The Year ⚡️??✨"
