    Water damage

    Terrible so called mold experts. Do yourself and your customers a huge favor and stay away from 5 star. On my job they took about 10 days after their initial visit to remove the dish washer that flooded my kitchen. Due to their delay my cabinets had additional mold and water damage, that lead to big expenses and a full kitchen remodel. I think that was their plan all along… I told them to mask off my house from the mold effected kitchen because my wife and children have asthma, did the mold experts do that? No, they did not mask and contain the area and left a unit with a fan blowing in a mold effected area resulting in a mold cross contamination of my whole house resulting in high doctor bills, hotel stay and a 20 grand cleaning bill. During their demo they did not cap my garage disposal which lead to additional cabinets loss and damage, they chipped my countertops and after all of their negligence they did not come to us to apologize or set things right. You want proof, pictures and emails? I have them. Save yourself, your insurance and your property from the danger of dealing with this company, they are a law suit waiting to happen. Mold and water experts my behind, they are a hack company taking advantage of customers and their insurance. I hope and pray that this business losses their license or at least stop the false advertisement of 5 stars it should be 0 stars!
