    Floor & kitchen remodeling

    Unprofessional, unreliable, talked over the phone never wanted to meet in person, never provided a design (blueprint of the layout), assumed doing things without consulting with me, then tried threatening me, insulted my spouse, left trash, stole material paid for ? after he withdrew & breached verbal contract. I do not recommend Manuel Alaniz Five Star Service contractor.

    $2,150

    No work was good but I was over charged and the money over charged was not returned. Manuel said would send check never recieved check. Trash was left not picked up. Made appointments not kept not even coutesy call
