    I called the ownerGani Berisha at cell 804-253-4296.He was in my area ,Williamsburg, and was at my home in 30mins.Looked at my project and wanted to get some feedback on special mats I needed.Excellent in trying to get what I needed for my project.Knowable,affordable and knows his business well.Has three different divisions.Pleasure to work with him and his Company.

    Listed as installer with Floor Traders. I took pictures of his men loading boxes of flooring from my house on to their truck. I also took pictures of boxes of flooring stacked in my house after finished installation. When I noticed it was gone he said "store made mistake then said they put it down in my closet." That was a lie I took pictures of finished closets the nigdht before. His guys finished job looks good , but they took 13 boxes of flooring, underlying, and quarter round that I paid for and lied about it.

    Thought he was honest person at first. But he isn't at all. We order product carpet and laminate from Floor Traders. He is listed as an installers on Floor Traders List. Carpet delivered with dark brown stains on back carpet, he had installers cut out we thought but later to find they installed carpet anyway. Did not pay for install. He also installed laminate floor. It was suppose to be floating, tongue and groove, floor was nailed down butted to walls no spacing. Had to come out three times. Third time took up majority of flooring and left job unfinished. He has been paid for install and destroyed flooring that we purchased. He can't be trusted and argues and try's to fast talk you. Awful workmanship and customer service. We ask for all money back but won't answer phone or text messages.

    Initially, he was prompt but when major work (new carpet and tiles flooring) was done he stopped answering my phone calls. He left unfinished job which include items such as installation floor transition joint moldings and front door jams resulting one inch gap between front door and floor and never answered the phone calls Since he was fully paid.
