Hired Fix Fabrication to replace walk-up basement retaining wall and stairs June 2022. While Eric and his team did a good job of the wall work, stair installation and any other finish work was incomplete. Stairs weren't extended entire width of walk-up, have gaps up to 8 inches on one side from end of stairs to wall, filled with nothing but gravel and dirt. Concrete slab at top of stair well wasn't filled in / re-concreted from top step to bottom edge of slab, and a cut to the slab was left "roughed out", not clean cut or dressed. Yard area where construction was done also not cleaned up. I understand some damage, but when told "By the time we're done, you'll never know we were here", some expectation of cleanup is reasonable. Large piles of pea gravel left in the yard and ground into the dirt by skid loader, as well as tread tracks through our and neighbor's property. It's now May 2023, still repairing yard damage and filling the unfinished concrete work. DO NOT hire Fix Fabrication if you're expecting a completed job.
