    3 day return policy. If you do business with them they will force you to stay in business with them despite installation of damaged equipment.

    They are not truly 24/7 as some work demands specialist. You will receive a tech that is just starting out and can’t fix anything.

    We installed a new ac and furnace that broke 4 days in and then discovered we didn’t need it all we needed was returns installed.

    They scammed us into a 25k $ purchase that we didn’t need and have no recourse legally to get out of it.

    Shop elsewhere and get a quote from multiple companies before hiring.

    Zero stars for this fraud company.
