I've use Fix it Factory for several repairs. I'm property management so they have replaced broken thermopane windows, replaced rollers under sliding glass doors, and replaced the things on the side of the windows so they open well and stay open. Showed up on time, repair was completed as promised. Different times and locations, all handled well
