I would not recommend this contractor, I had an appointment with them today for my A/C between 1-5 and they never showed up and did not even call to let me know that they were not coming, they never answered my calls or returned my calls and they were made aware that I had a medical condition and still they did not care so think about it would you do business with them? Good Luck if you do. I would not even give them a 1 star rating, but I was forced to give a star rate. 7/21/19

Fix it Fox installed a new AC unit in Nov 2018, beginning of Aug 2019, I return home from a trip to see that the AC unit has leaked onto my ceiling. I reached out to the company and they had someone immediately over to fix the problem but left more for me to clean up. When they blew out the lines, they got my bathroom very dirty. (Have photos) They agreed to send a drywall/painter once the AC unit was fixed. Once the person left after fixing the AC unit, Chadwick the owner, started avoiding my phone calls and texts. They never sent a drywall/painter person as promised.
