After high school I attended Madison Area Technical College with a focus on Engineering.....but he still knew his true calling was working with his hands.

The incident occur since 06/23/2023. I have submitted multiple complaints against Paul J Robertson and his company Flix N Flip Corp.
I pay a total of $19,520 to Fix N Flip Corp, located in Madison, WI. I have 2 contracts with Fix N Flip that the company has not completed at my home. The unfinished contracts: Drain Tile system, the contract was signed (June 23, 2023), as of today is still incomplete. and Demolition Contract, to remove plaster and laths from inside the house, still incomplete, he wanted me to sign a new contract which I signed under pressure, for framing, contract that I cancel before the end of the 3 days. After that, he began to cut the electrical system with the breakers on, and he simply abandoned the work of the two contracts in force at that time and left the house open, throwed water to breaker box, that happened on August 16, 2023. That was the last chance he had to complete the contracts, but he took it as a joke again. Every time I contact him he comes to me with lies and excuses. All the delay of the project has been due to a lack of professionalism as a contractor on the part of Paul J Robertson. He never gave me information about my right to cancel, no language assistance. He keeps asking me for more money. I found out his contractor's license is expired and his company is listed as a Delinquent by the Wisconsin DFI, also the company doesn't have 25 years of experience as they promote on their web page which is closed today. I got tired of so many promises and trying multiple times, for fix n flip to comply with the signed contracts, which has not happened, for this reason I decided to terminate both contracts on August 21, 2023. I need him to collect his tools and equipment and provide me the lien waiver docs. This company has been in breach of contract from the beginning, didn't get permits before start work on the house, he told me that they were not required for demolition. He disappeared with the money.
