  Backyard patio driveway retaining wall two sets of stairs walkway

  Warning warning, this was my experience with Flaherty Construction Inc., James Flarity in my opinion is unprofessional aggressive I found him to be dishonest we paid him to do a driveway retaining wall walkway stairs in the back patio, I wanna be clear I have no issues with his staff, they were very polite and respectful when they were at my home, James Flarity on the other hand was full of excuses they damaged significant areas of our home and he never repair them to this day it is November 5 he’s full of excuses not only did he not repair the damages he has not completed the job our patio is still nonexistent and he has walked away from the job with our money we have never been anything but respectful and polite a i’ve James Flaherty I did my homework but my homework was not good enough everyone going forward I would not recommend this company at all he is full of excuses and most importantly he did not complete the job and it’s not planning to I have pictures to corroborate my narrative , we have no reason to discredit him the truth is the truth he did half of a job he did not complete the initial job that he was hired for the back patio the damages that his company made he has yet to repair them and the few issues in the front of the house said he did a small and minor but he refuses to collect those which I don’t understand we have been, we have been more than patient and understanding we didn’t even get angry when they damage the siding of our house oh crap the foundation in our backyard we were understanding so it’s so disheartening now that James Flarity is treating us this way, all we want is the work done that we paid for the damages that he made corrected that’s it no more no less we’re not asking for anything that we haven’t paid for
