I had a great experience with Chad and helper David from Flame Tech. They responded to my outreach and collected the appropriate info about my stove. They arrived on time with the needed parts, made the repairs in a professional manner and cleaned the stove and surrounding so we were all set to start using the gas stove again. After going through all the preliminary back and forth, setting a date getting stuff ordered, I asked if he could price match another contractor just to see and chad got irritated broke off communication and said he was taking me off the schedule. if you want someone who isn't professional, reliable and gets offended over a simple inquiry then chads your guy. not a fan of buisness's that will leave you in a lurch.

I caught chad on surveillance video NOT doing tasks that he said he completed, he’s not trustworthy and very unprofessional. After addressing my concerns of incomplete work he just quit, leaving me very inconvenienced. Work ethic is everything and Chad is very lazy with a bad attitude and constantly on his phone doing the minimum. I would not recommend him.
