I live in the Kendallwood apartments in Gladstone, MO. Flat creek installed our new windows. In no way shape or form did they practice lead certified procedures! They didn't contain the dust or any other hazardous materials for that matter! After reviewing the laws and regulations on proper procedure and how serious lead poisoning is, its safe to say they most definitely didn't follow the rules! All the debris they just had all over the ground and left it there for quit some time! Extremely dangerous company if you ask me!
