These people are nothing short of criminal.
Working with Flat Roof Pros has been a nightmare. I hired them to install a new silicone membrane on my roof ten months ago and it has completely failed and deteriorated creating damage inside my home. When I called them to let them know, they were very responsive and helpful at first.
They explained that they got a bad batch of silicone from their manufacturer and they were dealing with this issue with *nineteen* other roofs. They sent someone out to look at it right away and let me know they would be addressing the issue. I later learned that this was false information and that they just completely botched the roof and didn't do any part of the process correctly.
They explained that it was a two part process that would need to be done over the course of two days. The first day the guys showed up to work and all seemed well.
However, I quickly realized that they let my yard *covered* in debris from the roof and that they had tracked tar all over my driveway, sidewalk, and patio. I called the manager to let him know about this issue and he said that his crew was certain they were my partner's footprints, despite the fact that they led directly to their work van. Luckily they did send someone out the following day to remove the footprints so that was taken care of.
The real issue is that they are refusing to complete the second part of the repair as discussed, promised, and required by my warranty. The manager, Mike, said that his crew would be out again the next day, weather permitting to finish the job. It rained that day, so of course, I didn't expect anyone to come out.
However, since then they are insisting that the job is done and have stopped returning my calls. They called me a bitch on the phone when they didn't know I could hear them. They have been incredibly rude and unprofessional throughout this process and acted like I am being totally unreasonable. So, now I'm in the process of finding another roofer to fix their faulty work.
A total nightmare.

My silicone roof was installed in 2019, cost was just under $12,000. The rain we got this spring proofed that the product was defected and the damage inside my home is bad. After multiple calls to flat roof pros, I finally spoke to Reen. I was told they would come to check it out. 2 weeks have passed and nobody has contacted me. How do these people sleep at night. I’m retired and unable to work. Don’t know what to do. I hope and pray that they never do this to another person. Karma belongs to these dishonest thieves.
