I DO NOT recommend anyone using this builder. In my experience he is not a reputable builder. I have lived in my home less then three years and have to replace the main water line from the meter to the house. It was not buried to code. I had a water leak and discovered the water line was buried 3 inches below the surface. Three inches!! Jordan Fleming accepted NO responsibility for his shoddy workmanship. When I received three quotes to replace the waterline all three plumbing companies told me the builder that did this work knew it was wrong and KNEW IT wouldn’t last. When the company I hired to replace the waterline dug it up the water line wasn’t a continuous roll. It was pieces I think left over from other jobs. A four foot piece of water hose was used I guess when they ran out. I tried to talk to Jordan Fleming but he did not want to talk to me. There were so many issues discover from his shoddy workmanship inside of the house when I moved in he had a guy spend a week to correct what he could. A lot of things couldn’t be repaired. Do your self a favor and get a REPUTABLE builder not Jordan Fleming.
