Ruben Fletes is EXTREMELY unprofessional and sends incompetent employees that do not know how to read surveys. When questioned he argues and gives a lot of excuses as to why he is correct and the customer is wrong. Speaks inappropriately and makes unfounded accusatory remarks to customers. Definitely would not recommend this man or any company he is affiliated with.
