They have installed crappy Chinese lock on my gates where one by one the keys are breaking and none of the US locksmiths can even duplicate the keys. The guy from this company says that there is nothing wrong with it and refuse to change it even though its only 4 months since I have had the fence installed and still under the warranty. I ended up with this company by LOWE's and I don't advise you on having them as your installers for your fence. I do not recommend them. Horrible service and products as far a locks and keys and now they refused to come and change the locks.
