I didn't give you any estimate regarding the cost of my work, though, and I am sorry if I confused you, but instead I advised and shared with you and your husband all the information I had about the real market price for your project. Your budget was 25k for a full kitchen remodel with load-bearing wall removal, permit and engineering, opening the kitchen on the living room, flooring, ceilings, new cabinets, quartz counter tops, new appliances, and island creation. Unfortunately all of these things add up very quickly. I am sorry I couldn't be able to fit in this budget with the high quality of cabinets my kitchen designer provides. However, I offered to adapt to your choice of supplier/type/and the quality of materials you wanted, and have let you think about it in order to get back to me later and having me giving you a quote, but I didn't hear back from you unfortunately. I am sure we could have done something great together!
