I worked with Roy Cohen of Flip it Homes Inc last year to completely renovate a home in Sherman Oaks. We added over seven hundred square feet and renovated the entire existing structure from top to bottom. Working with Roy was a TOTAL pleasure. He was not only the consummate professional, but was also incredibly good with design. Working with Roy was so smooth and easy. He was there everyday, he stayed on top of all the subs and put out any fires with total ease. I trusted him so much I was even able to leave the country for three months and leave him in charge. I have so many friends and family members that have had terrible experiences with contractors. My experience with Roy was the opposite. I trusted him completely and he delivered everything promised and he did it on schedule and on budget. If something wasn't done to my (or his) liking, he fixed it right away at no extra charge.
