Leo Flores does work under this name as well as Flores Construction and for Fleemen Holdings LLC owned by Bill Fleemen, One star is way too generous- negative stars should be their rating. Absolutely awful. Our experience: After one year and eight months into a project that was supposed to take 4-5 months, we are still at the framing stage. We now have numerous framing issues to correct, windows that are multiple heights and don’t work, significant water damage, they destroyed all the custom wood trim around the windows they replaced, and the list goes on and on. Way too many issues to list. I would not recommend them to build a dog house. AND when he came to pick up his tools, HE THREATENED MY HUSBAND. Said he would go to my husband’s business and “f*** him up” Could not show up to do a full days work one time. Said he couldn’t get a crew. But yet he shows up with 5 guys to get his tools and the $7500 worth of standing seam metal roofing that was scrapped because they installed it wrong and had to remove it. They left my existing house without a roof for months - from March to August - until we got tired of it and hired our own roofer to complete the roof. The additions had the OSB decking exposed for 3 months before they even put down a vapor barrier. Every time it rained we bailed out buckets of water all night long and there were plenty of rainy nights. We gave them every opportunity to correct the issues and finish the job. Wish we had done more research on him before allowing him to destroy our home. If he spent as much time on the job as he does making stupid TikTok videos, he might be better at his job. (Check out your potential contractor at @leoflores186) The only positives were the plumbing and the electrical subcontractors - they did their jobs well.
