Floey Custo, AKA - Floeys Custom LLC - Joey McDermaid who I met last year and was great in the beginning with odd jobs around the house. I even referred him to my neighbors who hired him for jobs but since will not use his services any longer. I had hired Joey to put the fence gate up in my backyard to keep the dogs off the grass. They came over (Joey and his son) last year in April/May to put the gate up and busted my water line and had water ALL over where the back water tank had to be turned off. I asked Joey when he could get the pipe fixed as I wanted to use my sprinkler system and all summer it never got fixed. Now I asked this month, asking Joey to please let me know when he is able to stop over before summer comes as I really need to get my sprinkler ready to use. Joey and his brother came over last week and only his brother Robert did the work and left a huge mess in the back yard. Not only did they leave it a mess, I can't even close and lock the gate any longer. I had text Joey since I was on calls when he stopped over and asked are you guys done. He replied back yes and I sent him the pictures and asked what? Look at the mess left. Gate is off, bar in the yard, smoke butts in the yard and honestly a HUGE mess. I had mentioned my neighbor Karl who works for the State of Washington in constructions, works with state for license/bonds etc and who had used Joey in the past and even referred him to his daughter and brother in law, who they too were not happy with Joey and stopped using his services too. Joey replied back to me when I stated that I need to call Karl and get a referral from him as I need to get this fence fixed ASAP and his reply back - good luck. It's very disappointing when you meet someone, really like and had done some amazing things for us, to all of sudden change and does not back his work up. I even referred Joey to my sister / parents and our HOA Association as his work was great. But when you log onto Facebook as were friends on FB and see that he had blocked me, what does that tell you. Joey did not back up his work and what he should of done, is say, when I am feeling better, let me stop over to see what we can do with the gate. But he blocked me and ignore the job that he was PAID to do. Very disappointed in Joey and his bad decision to ignore a poor job.

I highly recommend Floeys Custom for any of your projects or emergency needs. I had a water leak and they responded quickly and had the problem fixed with improvements right away! Since then I have used them for kitchen floor resurfacing, repairing cracked concrete, tile insulation and bathroom renovations.

We were supposed to rent a skid loader from this guy through Facebook marketplace. He canceled last minute two times with the excuse that his daughter had a medical emergency, which we were more than understanding. He then said he would refund our deposit by check even though it was paid through Venmo. It has now been 3 weeks and no sign of a check and also has stopped responding to messages. He claims he is an honest professional and a veteran but he just scammed another veteran out of $170, steer clear of this scumbag.
