Be careful. I can only speak about my experience, but I hired Mike Lucio who advertises "Custom Flooring " on his business card full remodeling. He signed a contract and told me he gets "wholesale" flooring through his family and later sent me photos of flooring via text with pic of man he calls his brother. He told me he needed $4200 approximately to get started. Not sure they licensed or bonded. Mike's Flooring & Full Remodeling" left me in a huge mess and walked off the job and left me with stripped floors, but not all glue removed, over spray on everything, sagging ceiling from removing walls that needed header, destroyed existing custom cabinets and too much more to mention . He did not stand by his contract . The floors were not even close to ready for flooring. I had a licensed professional check things out and the finding was that nothing was done right and created a mess. These two, Mike Luccio who has a business card of "Mike's Custom Flooring & Full Remodeling" is using Floors 2 Ur Doors. I was taken and my home was left in a mess . Make sure they are bonded, licensed and I suggest if you do use this vendor, go direct and not through Mike Luccio advertising Floors Ur Doors. This was a terrible experience for me. I would not recommend these people based on my personal experience.
