Floors at Shore

Speechless.. i had to share my terrible experience from Floors at shore. Some construction guy referred me this company. Its very disappointing and even shocking how they left the floors and stairs messy and incomplete. I complained to the owner, and he blocked me. The worst part is the owner’s temper and aggression. My husband is away and I had to deal with this guy alone.

I never leave reviews, but in this case Floors at Shore LLC should be avoided at all costs. I contracted them to install vinyl planks in my basement, including steps and level sub floor.
The quality was poor, they installed incorrectly, left a mess when finished, and tried to charge extra for material not used. They pretend to care but argue when you point out the sub par job.

Hired Gilberto to put new floors in on the first floor. We bought the flooring. When they ripped out the old flooring, they damaged the base. They didn’t fill in the holes. They said they were going to fill them in, they had the materials handy, they didn’t. The floors are spongy, we complained, they came back to redo the flooring in the kitchen/ hall/breakfast area. High traffic areas. We had to pay for for their incompetence by buying replacement flooring. They didn’t do a good job. We don’t recommend them. We called them out on the poor job, they cost us more money to correct their poor workmanship and they left us with the same spongy floor. Don’t bother.

These guys are excellent on every level. Their work is impeccable, they work neatly, are careful not to cause any dust or damage, always on-time and very fairly-priced.
I'm very pleased with Floors at Shore, LLC and will use them again if the need arises.

Junior and his crew were amazing. He came, quoted us a great price, and explained everything. They removed our tile in the kitchen within a few days. We picked out new flooring for the kitchen, living and dining rooms. They dropped the flooring off at our house a couple of days later and laid them later that week. The entire crew was nice, quick, communicated well and cleaned up. Absolutely thrilled with the quality and speed of their work. Professionals from start to finish. We will definitely recommend them to all of our family and friends and call them for our next remodel.

We needed our kitchen floor redone and decided to go with wood. We had a few contractors come out to give us a quote and felt that Floors at Shore was the best. We were not really familiar with how this work is done, but Junior took the time to explain everything step by step and his staff did an excellent job. He even answered my call when he was out of the country (I think Brazil) to make sure everything was completed as discussed. They arrived early and worked quickly and as neatly as possible. He even sent them back when I realized we forgot to include the strip for a cabinet we had removed from the kitchen. I would certainly use them again when we are ready to do the rest of the floors.
