    1- unprofessional: crude, rude, foul language in front of my children, grabbing his crotch and sniffing a lot
    2- unreliable: rarely showed up
    3- unskilled: workmanship sloppy and had to be redone
    4- does not pay his vendors, received vendor threats to put a lien on my house
    5- when confronted he threatened legal action for harassment

    What follows is an unfortunate, factual summary (with pictures) of our experience with Anthony Pelletier and Floors to Ceiling Construction:

    * An official complaint has been filed with the California Contractors State License Board

    * An independent 3rd party has verified Anthony Pelletier and Floors to Ceiling Construction failed to obtain required permits, calling into question the safety of any work completed

    * Floors to Ceiling Construction and Anthony Pelletier has failed to timely complete quality work, despite having been paid $152,531 of a current total project cost of $153,283.

    * The contract estimated a work completion date of September 31, 2018, and work began on July 18, 2018.

    * Since September 31, 2018, Anthony Pelletier and Floors to Ceiling Construction has been given multiple timeline extensions and ample opportunity to complete the work.

    * December 14, 2018: Supplier contracted with Anthony Pelletier came to our home seeking payment for materials Anthony Pelletier failed to pay for.

    * December 30, 2018: Three former Floors to Ceiling Construction employees came to our home claiming they were not paid by Anthony Pelletier and had tools to collect.

    * January 4, 2019: Painter, contracted or employed by Anthony Pelletier, came to our home seeking payment for work Anthony Pelletier failed to pay for.

    * February 1, 2019: Supplier contracted with Anthony Pelletier came to our home a second time seeking payment for materials Anthony Pelletier failed to pay for.

    * On 1/27/2019, Anthony Pelletier provided a "google calendar" for the remaining work reviewed in person on 12/27/2018 - he has failed to complete or, in some cases, even start the approximately 55 items

    June 2013 - March 2014
    Contractor to install an shower wall kit and damaged the shower kit, homeowner paid for. Drywall was cut uneven, hot & ciold water valve was installed upside down, new flooring was torn/damged in 3 places, owner paid construction materials were stolen from the residential property. Licensing complaint filed & mandatory arbitration awarded to the homeowner.
    Deceitful, incompetent & irresponsible. 9 moths of contractural dispute. Don't let this happen to you.
